Pilot program opening for the 2026 season

Stop paying retail on a discount contract.

Your carrier negotiated network pricing. Your drivers still pull into whatever exit comes first. DispatchFuel.ai closes that gap one stop at a time — it picks the right station, tells the driver on Telegram, and proves what the decision was worth.

No card. No install for drivers. Ten fields and you are on the list.

  1. 01

    Every mile matters

    Your fleet is already moving.

Trucks run their lanes, hit their hours, and burn diesel every mile of it. Nothing about that is broken — it is the one cost you cannot dispatch away.

  2. 02

    Fuel is the second-largest line

Fuel is the cost you negotiate hardest.

Carriers sign network agreements for exactly this reason: the discount per gallon is the one fuel lever a back office can actually pull.

  3. 03

    Where it leaks

Then the truck stops somewhere else.

A driver is tired, the exit is close, the pump is open. Every off-network fill quietly gives back the discount the carrier spent months negotiating.

  4. 04

    The system watches the lane

    DispatchFuel.ai sees the fill coming.

It follows truck position and fuel level against the lane ahead, and works out where a network stop fits before the tank forces the decision.

  5. 05

    It acts

    The driver gets one message.

Not a dashboard, not another app. A Telegram message with the stop, the exit, the reason and two buttons. Drivers answer it the way they answer dispatch.

  6. 06

    Then it proves it

Every fill lands against the statement.

Fuel-card transactions are matched back to the assignment that caused them, so the savings line is reconciled history, not a projection.

  7. 07

    Fleet-wide

One view for the whole fleet.

Compliance by driver, recovery by truck, exceptions that need a human. The ops picture a fuel program needs to survive its second month.

Six things it does. Each one is a number on your P&L.

Nothing here is a dashboard for its own sake. Every capability exists because a fuel program leaks without it.

Fewer retail fills.

Fuel stop optimization

Stops are scored on the lane ahead — discount, detour, hours and tank — so the recommendation is one a dispatcher would defend.

No app to roll out.

Driver communication

Assignments, reminders and confirmations run through Telegram, in the group the driver already reads.

Know before the fill.

Fleet visibility

Live position, fuel level and assignment state for every truck, with staleness shown rather than hidden.

A number you can defend.

Savings reporting

Recovered dollars are derived from matched card transactions and labelled actual or estimated — never blended.

See who follows the program.

Carrier performance

Compliance and recovery trends by driver, truck and lane, so coaching goes to the ten drivers it belongs to.

One place to run it.

Operations dashboard

Assignments, exceptions, reconciliation and reports in a single console built for an ops desk, not a data team.

Proof, when we have it

We will not show you numbers we have not measured.

DispatchFuel.ai is pre-launch. There are no case studies, no customer logos and no savings percentages on this page, because none have been earned yet. What we can show is how the number will be produced.

  • Pilot carriers see their own reconciled numbers first.
  • Published figures will name their basis and sample size.
  • Estimated and actual savings stay separated everywhere they appear.

Pilot program

Run it on ten trucks before you run it on all of them.

The pilot is a scoped deployment on a slice of your fleet, with your fuel card data and your discount network, so the decision to expand is made on your numbers.

01

Qualify

A short call on fleet size, card provider and lanes. We tell you if the fit is wrong.

02

Connect

Telematics, fuel card and your discount network are connected in a read-only setup pass.

03

Run

Live assignments on the pilot trucks, with your dispatcher in review mode for as long as you want it.

04

Review

A reconciled report of what the program recovered on your fleet, line by line.

Waitlist

Get in line before the pilot cohort closes.

Tell us about the fleet and we will tell you where you fit — waitlist, pilot, or a call when the integration you need is live.

Trucks you would want covered.

Questions carriers actually ask.

What is DispatchFuel.ai?

Software that enforces a carrier's fuel discount program operationally. It watches trucks against their lanes, picks the network stop that fits, dispatches it to the driver over Telegram, and reconciles the resulting fuel-card transaction so the savings can be measured.

How does it work?

Connect telematics, your fuel card feed and your discount network. When a truck approaches a fill, the system scores the stops on the lane ahead and sends the driver an assignment in Telegram. The driver confirms at the pump. When the card transaction arrives, it is matched back to the assignment.

Who is it for?

Carriers running roughly 10 to 500 trucks that already have a fuel card contract but nobody whose full-time job is enforcing it. Larger fleets are welcome — the pilot process is the same.

When does it launch?

The platform is in active development against a published build plan. Pilot deployments are being scheduled now; general availability follows the pilot cohort. Waitlist members get the launch date before it is announced publicly.

How does pilot access work?

Apply with your fleet details, we qualify the fit on a short call, then run a scoped deployment on part of your fleet with your data. You get a reconciled report at the end of it.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is not published yet and will not be invented on a landing page. Pilot carriers get their terms in writing before anything is deployed.

What integrations are planned?

Telematics for position and fuel level, fuel-card transaction feeds for reconciliation, Telegram for driver communication, and Google Sheets for import and export. Named providers are confirmed with each pilot carrier rather than advertised here.

What information do you need from us?

To join the waitlist: company, contact and fleet basics. To run a pilot: read access to your telematics, your fuel-card transaction feed, and your discount network pricing. No driver personal data beyond what dispatch already holds.

Can small fleets join?

Yes. Below about ten trucks the economics get thin, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have signed something.

Can enterprise fleets join?

Yes. Multi-terminal fleets, multiple card programs and regional discount structures are in scope; the pilot is sized to one division so the rollout stays controlled.

The discount is already yours. Start using it.

Join the waitlist for launch access, or apply for the pilot if you want your own numbers first.
