How the pilot runs

  • 01Qualify. A short call on fleet size, card provider and lanes. We tell you if the fit is wrong.
  • 02Connect. Telematics, fuel card and your discount network are connected in a read-only setup pass.
  • 03Run. Live assignments on the pilot trucks, with your dispatcher in review mode for as long as you want it.
  • 04Review. A reconciled report of what the program recovered on your fleet, line by line.

What we need from you

  • Read access to your telematics for position and fuel level.
  • Your fuel-card transaction feed, so savings can be reconciled.
  • Your discount network pricing, however you hold it today.
  • One dispatcher who will look at the assignments in week one.
